Slide Show Project Info

Do this 1st: Before starting on your slide show, you must do research on a topic. The topic is your choice, but games related topics are not acceptable! You must find three specific and interesting facts from World Book Online and three specific and interesting facts from a Joseph Lane library book.

The facts should not be so obvious that you wouldn't even need to look them up in an online encyclopedia or a book. For example, "A hummingbird's wings beat very fast" is obvious and not an interesting fact. "A hummingbird's wings beat 60 to 70 times a second" is not generally known and is an intersting fact.

  • Library Catalog - Find a Joseph Lane library book on your topic so that you can add three more very interesting and specific facts.

Do this 2nd: Copy and paste the Six Facts Worksheet into a word processing document, fill it out with six interesting and specific facts on the same topic, save it to your Slide Show folder, print it, and turn it in.
