Course Overview: Astronomy is designed for students to gain an understanding of our Universe. This course includes the study of astronomical objects such as planets, moons, asteroids, comets, stars, galaxies, and black holes. Astronomical events covered in the course include lunar phases, eclipses, meteor showers, formation of planets and stars.
