Course Overview: Chemistry is a college preparation course. The curriculum is designed to apply chemical concepts to “real world” situations and study the impact of chemistry on history and society. Concepts and topics of chemogenesis, chemical/physical properties, metals, periodic tables, ions, moles, bonding, nuclear chemistry, and organic chemistry will be emphasized.
