Course Overview: Integrated Science is a required course for all ninth grade students. It is an introduction to physical, chemical, and biological concepts emphasizing motion, energy, matter, waves, engineering design, and ecology. This course prepares students for their next science course. Scientific inquiry will be stressed in laboratory situations, with collections of work samples. The subjects will be explored through laboratories, lectures, discussions, and videos.
