Course Overview: Natural Resources—Non-Renewable Resources will examine our use of non-renewable natural resources and how we manage and conserve them. Non-renewable natural resources including land, rangeland, fossil fuels, and minerals will be studied. The course will also cover career opportunities in natural resources and outdoor recreation. Students will investigate alternative energy
options, recycling, sustainable use practices, and conservation of our natural resources.
