Course Overview: Modern Issues is a one semester elective course designed to create an awareness of the problems facing the world. Course work involves utilization of the learning tools of reading, discussion, writing, and film. It is available to students for one semester in their ninth or tenth grade year and one semester during their eleventh and twelfth grade year.
