What We Do
The Douglas County Youth Shelter Care Facility is a year round facility which can house up to 16 youth age 12-17 who are in need of a secure, temporary living evironment while awaiting placement in foster homes or other state operated programs.
Roseburg School District provides the educational program to youth through the River Rock Learning Center that is located in the facility.
