Media Skills Checkout Champ

We honor famous writers, but famous readers deserve recognition too. In spite of all the complications and distractions of 21st century life, many students still manage to find time to enjoy reading in their school library, at home, or anywhere and anytime they can.
Browsing through the book shelves, searching for more hidden gems to check out, and sitting quietly at tables, they are oblivious to the commotion around them as they read. Simply read.

So, based on the librarians' recommendations, you will choose a student to feature as a Checkout Champ.

What do you need to do for your Checkout Champ? Check the Grade Guide for the specific requirements, but in general, you will make a one page display with a quote from the student about reading, a list of the student's top ten books, and a picture of the student reading. Then you will make a study carrel display of the student's favorite books and some more pictures of the student.
