Course Overview: Advanced Physics is a course designed for students who are considering majoring in science or planning a career in the science field. In addition to developing fundamental concepts of physics, the course will also explore the mathematics that describe those ideas and will include intense mathematical problem solving. The course will cover motion, force, energy, momentum, gravity, fluid dynamics, waves, thermodynamics, electricity and magnetism, light and optics, and quantum physics.
