Seniors – If you are planning to participate in the graduation ceremony you MUST turn in the Standards Commitment form that was mailed to you. The form is DUE NOW!!! Please return the form to Kathy in the Main office ASAP!
Seniors – A reminder that if you have received any scholarships stop by the Career Center and complete the senior book. We want to recognize you at graduation. Also, if you haven’t had your picture taken by the Career Center staff and let us know what your plans are next year, stop by and do so.
Seniors-- Be sure to check the library window to see what library fines you need to take care of ASAP.
Grad Night Party – Tickets can be purchased in the office for $30. They will be $35 if purchased at the door on June 7. If you buy your ticket in advance you will be entered in a drawing to win one of two $50 cash prizes!
Baccalaureate Committee meets Thursdays after school in M-110.
This year we are asking every class that consists of all seniors, or mostly seniors, to take a creative senior class picture. We want every senior to get involved. The top 3 pictures will be rewarded at the Home Going Assembly. See your teachers for more details. Pictures are due by Wednesday May 27th.
Seniors: Swing by the Leadership Room in the Student Center on Thursday, May 28th at lunch or after school to be filmed for the Baccalaureate Video -- you will just be saying the name of someone who has helped you along on your path to success. Also, don't forget to email a picture of you doing something fun with one or both parents at any age to email@example.com for the Baccalaureate slide show.
Roseburg Track and Field competed in the Southwest Conference District meet this past weekend. Noah Avery qualified for state in the high jump with a 3 inch improvement. Mahala Norris finished 2nd in the 800 and 1500 to advance. Meg Jackson finished 2nd in the shot while Gabby Kearney won the discus and javelin and was named "Field Athlete of the Meet. Racing to a 6 second improvement for this season the 1600 meter relay team of Olivia Fox, Rebecca Sidlo, Carolyn Cuilty and Mahala Norris finished 2nd to advance to this week's state championship. The girls' team finished 3rd in the meet and finished the season undefeated in dual meet competition.
FBLA meets Tuesday, May 26 after school in room T-108.
Magic Club meets Thursday, May 28 after school in room T-108.
