In keeping with health department guidelines, only food prepared in an inspected kitchen will be available in the district for the purpose of serving students, staff and the general public.

Home prepared foods may be served at school parties, events or activities when not for the purpose of serving the general public.

The district will consult with the county health department regarding periodic advisories restricting the serving of home prepared foods in the schools.  Home prepared foods will be restricted as appropriate.

The district will comply with all applicable Oregon Health Division and county health department regulations.
