You will sign in to the Chromebook using the student's account and should have received this information from the school. If you did not receive this information please contact the student's teacher for the username and password.

To startup a Chromebook you normally just need to lift the lid and it will power on automatically. If you are having any trouble with a Chromebook powering on, please follow these troubleshooting steps.
If none of these steps work then the Chromebook probably has a hardware issue and will need to be exchanged for a different one. If that is the case, please notify your teacher who will make arrangements for an exchange.
