Employee Mandatory Trainings
Roseburg Schools is committed to providing a safe, healthy, and secure environment for employees, students, volunteers, and visitors. Maintaining safe schools is a shared responsibility and is essential to supporting student learning, employee well-being, and positive relationships with our community.
To support this commitment, comply with state and federal safety requirements, and reduce workplace injuries, all employees are required to complete designated safety training upon hire and annually thereafter. Required courses are provided through the Vector Solutions online training system.
New employees must complete all assigned training by September 30 or within 30 days of hire, whichever is later. Returning employees must complete their annual assigned training by the deadline communicated each school year.
Employees will receive an email notification when training is assigned. The email will include a direct link to the Vector Solutions training portal. Where applicable, each course includes references and links to the related District Board Policy.
