The statements in the boxes below
are examples of exemptions from
compulsory attendance laws:
A student not between the ages of 7 and 18.

A student enrolled in a community college.

A student having acquired equivalent knowledge of course(s).

A student enrolled in a state registered alternative education program.
|
A student being home schooled.
|
A student qualifying as an emancipated minor.
|
A student lawfully employed full time. |
A student lawfully employed part time and enrolled in school.
|
A student enrolled in a private or parochial school.
|
A student on expulsion.
|
