2025 is the 10th year of our Sister City relationship with Kuki City, Japan and we are excited to have Kuki City Mayor Shoichi Umeda joining the Delegation this year along with 20 others, to help us celebrate!

In order to accommodate 21 Delegates, we are going to need about 17 Host families to share their Homes for the visit. 

The dates for their visit will be: arriving in Eugene on the afternoon of October 2nd (transportation will be provided to Roseburg) and departing on the afternoon of October 8th (transportation will be provided to Eugene airport)

Host families will provide overnight sleeping accommodations, breakfasts and some lunches and dinners.  We will have group activities planned during the weekdays, allowing the Host families and Guests to do individual activities on the weekend.

If you have a spare bedroom and would like to take advantage of this unique opportunity to make new friends from Japan and share our culture and local attractions with them, we invite you to submit an application to Host!  You are sure to make lasting memories and you may want to consider traveling to Japan in the future with our Exchange Delegation.
