GCC - Recruitment and Selection of Licensed Staff

Staff selection is a complex procedure requiring the combined judgment of a number of people under the direction of the superintendent and the director of personnel. The building principal shall play a major role in the recruitment, selection and nomination of any candidate. Nomination of a candidate shall be made to the Board by the superintendent. Upon approval by the Board, the candidate shall be employed.
The search for licensed staff members may extend to a variety of educational institutions and geographical areas.
Present employees are encouraged to apply for any position for which he/she meets the stated requirements.
