Meet our May 20 Crystal Apple Award winners

Congratulations to Camille Harrison, Learning Specialist at Fullerton IV Elementary; Tiffany Brosius, Instructional Assistant, also at Fullerton; Shannon Alexander, District Physical Plant Office Manager; and Celeste Etcheverry, Business Office Accounts Specialist. These employees were presented with Crystal Apple Awards at the May 20 School Board meeting.

As Fullerton’s Learning Specialist, Camille plays a vital role in supporting the school’s MTSS system, particularly in reading instruction and intervention for students across the building. She consistently demonstrates dedication, flexibility, and an unwavering commitment to students and staff. Camille is known for her strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to step in wherever support is needed. Whether supporting students, helping problem solve with staff, or organizing schedules and coverage, Camille approaches every challenge with professionalism, care, and determination. Even when she does not immediately know the answer, she works tirelessly to find solutions and support those around her. Fullerton is incredibly grateful for Camille’s leadership and service.
Tiffany exemplifies dedication, compassion, and quiet leadership in all that she does. She consistently goes above and beyond to support both students and staff, always stepping in wherever needed with positivity and professionalism. Tiffany has built meaningful relationships with students across the campus and creates a supportive environment through her caring demeanor, clear expectations, and commitment to student growth. Whether supporting in the classroom, supervising students, or collaborating with colleagues, Tiffany approaches every responsibility with humility, reliability, and heart. Fullerton is incredibly fortunate to have Tiffany as part of the school family.
Shannon has earned this award through exceptional dedication and professional excellence. She sets the standard for accuracy, ensuring the Physical Plant department runs seamlessly. Whether managing the complex logistics of custodial subs or leading in Tracy Grauf’s absence, her confidence and leadership are unwavering. Shannon has the unique ability to keep coworkers headed in the right direction, even when it feels like herding cats. A master of organizational prowess, she consistently delivers high-quality work while navigating unpredictable challenges. Shannon blends authority with genuine care and fosters a positive culture where everyone feels supported. Shannon truly is the heart of the Physical Plant.
Celeste has shown exemplary dedication to being the district Payroll Specialist since 2012 and most recently an Account Specialist. Celeste’s consistent commitment, professionalism, dependability, and strong work ethic set a high standard for others and has contributed greatly to the success of the Business Operations team. Her willingness to go above and beyond, take initiative, and maintain a positive attitude has not gone unnoticed. The Business Office thanks Celeste for her outstanding efforts and for being a valuable part of Roseburg Schools.
