The YMCA also offers additional youth training opportunities for ages 7–16, including one-on-one personal training customized to each participant’s goals and skill level. Personal training pricing is based on the number of sessions purchased, with discounted rates for larger session packages.
Small group training for up to six participants is also available, with mixed ages and membership types allowed. Pricing for small group training is available upon request.
The YMCA will also offer Back-to-School Prep Weeks, designed to help kids rebuild routine, prepare for fall sports, and return to school feeling stronger, more confident, and ready to succeed both on and off the field.
