Director Leone currently teaches engineering at Umpqua Community College. He has previous experience as a robotics coach and credit recovery coordinator.  Director Leone currently serves as chair of the Classified Employee Bargaining Committee, and is a member of the Administration & Personnel Committee, Building & Sites/Bond Development Committee, Curriculum & Instruction Committee and Licensed Employee Bargaining Committee. These appointments are for the 2024-2025 school year. 

Dr. Brandon Bishop

Initial Term: July 1, 2025 - Term Ends: June 30, 2029

Director Bishop is a podiatric surgeon with Cascade Orthopedic Specialists.  Dr. Bishop is an active member of the medical community in Roseburg with positions on the Mercy Medical Executive Committee and a member of the Board of Directors of Practice Management of Oregon.

Keith Cubic

Initial Term: May 22, 2024 (appointed) - Term Ends: June 30, 2029

Director Cubic retired from the Douglas County Planning Department, where he worked as a planner from 1971-1976, when he was promoted to Planning Director and continued in that role until 2018, when he retired. Mr. Cubic served as a Board member for Roseburg Public Schools from 1985-2003 and has also served on the district Budget Committee from 2003 until 2024. Director Cubic currently serves as chair of the Finance Committee, and is a member of the Building & Sites/Bond Committee and the Policy Committee. Director Cubic also serves as Alternate for the Administration & Personnel Committee. These appointments are for the 2024-2025 school year.

Rodney Cotton - Vice-Chair

Initial Term: July 1994 - Term Ends: June 30, 2027

Director Cotton was elected as Board Vice Chair on July 10, 2024, and re-elected to that position on July 16, 2025. Director Cotton retired as the Director of Operations for McDonalds.  Director Cotton currently serves as chair of the Building and Sites/Bond Development and Licensed Employee Bargaining Committees. Mr. Cotton is a member of the Administration & Personnel, and Student Services Committees.  Mr. Cotton also serves as Alternate for the Finance Committee. These appointments are for the 2024-2025 school year.  

Steve Hammerson

Director Hammerson has a background in insurance, risk management and criminal justice. Director Hammerson currently serves as chair of the Policy Committee, and is a member of the Curriculum & Instruction and Finance Committees. Director Hammerson also serves as Alternate for the Building & Sites/Bond Development and Classified Employee Bargaining Committees. These appointments are for the 2024-2025 school year.

Director Miner was elected as Board Chair on July 10, 2024, and re-elected on July 16, 2025. Director Miner has past experience in marketing, finance and human resources. She has also served as a past board member at Aviva. Director Miner currently serves as chair of the Student Services Committee, and is a member of the Licensed Employee Bargaining Committee. Director Miner also serves as Alternate for the Curriculum & Instruction and Policy Committees. These appointments are for the 2024-2025 school year.

Director Krimetz was an Instructional Assistant Substitute. Director Krimetz currently serves as Chair of the Curriculum & Instruction Committee, and is a member of the Classified Employee Bargaining, Policy, and Student Services Committees. Director Krimetz also serves as Alternate for the Licensed Employee Bargaining Committee. These appointments are for the 2024-2025 school year.
